buffalo shrimp

Ingredients

  • juice and zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 cloves of garlic minced
  • 1 tbl paprika
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 tbl honey
  • salt & pepper
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 ½ - 2 lbs EZ peel and deveined shrimp
  • 2 tbl butter
  • ¼ cup hot sauce
  • 2 tsp worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. pre-heat oven to 450 degrees and heat 2 sheet pans
  2. mix lemon juice and zest, garlic, paprika, cayenne pepper, honey, olive oil, salt & pepper
  3. toss spice mixture with shrimp and place on hot pans
  4. roast for 5 minutes until done
  5. heat butter, hot sauce and worcestershire sauce
  6. toss cooked shrimp in buffalo sauce and serve
