season chicken and flour with salt and pepper

mix eggs, buttermilk and hot sauce in a shallow dish and add chicken

put flour in a shallow dish

heat canola oil in a high sided skillet or pot

dredge chicken in flour and fry on both sides until cooked through, 4-5 minutes per side

mix remaining ingredients in a heatproof bowl

add ½ cup oil from pan and mix together

brush chicken with hot oil and serve on a split biscuit with honey
