toss lettuce, roasted peppers, mozzarella and artichoke hearts together
drain pasta and rinse with cold water and drain again
add pasta to salad
mix pesto, olive oil, red wine vinegar, water and salad dressing mix together
toss salad with dressing

this is a great salad that can be made ahead by tossing the pasta with 1/3 cup of the dressing and keeping it separate from the rest of the salad. when ready to serve toss the salad with the pasta and the dressing (you may not need all of it).
