asian bbq pork chops

Ingredients

  • 2 tbl soy sauce
  • 1 tbl sriracha
  • 1 tbl sesame oil
  • 1 tbl light brown sugar
  • 1 tbl rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tbl grated ginger
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • ½ cup hoisin sauce
  • 1 lb pork chops
  • salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. pre heat grill
  2. mix soy sauce, sriracha, sesame oil, brown sugar, rice wine vinegar, ginger, garlic and hoisin sauce
  3. season pork chops with salt and pepper
  4. cook pork chops 5 minutes per side until charred
  5. baste with sauce, turning 2-3 minutes more until cooked through
  6. serve with extra sauce on the side

Recipe Notes

if you use thin cut pork chops like I did, reduce the cooking time to 2-3 minutes per side
