cowboy burgers

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lbs ground beef
  • salt & pepper
  • ½ lb thick cut bacon
  • bbq sauce
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 4 kaiser rolls

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill
  2. form ground beef into 4 patties and season with salt & pepper
  3. cook bacon on foil until crisp
  4. remove bacon to a paper towel
  5. cook burgers 3-4 minutes per side until done
  6. baste top with bbq sauce, and place a slice of cheddar cheese on top to melt
  7. top with bacon and serve on a kaiser roll
