Ingredients
½
box orzo
kosher salt
3
tbl butter
2
tsp
coarse ground pepper
¾
cup
mix of locatelli and parmesan cheese
Instructions
cook orzo in salted water, reserving ¼ pasta water
as orzo cook, melt butter and simmer ground pepper for 2-3 minutes
drain orzo when cooked and return to pot
add butter, cheese and a little pasta water and mix to coat
