Ingredients

brisket
, any size (if you get a large one, use a little extra bbq sauce and beef broth)

tbl oil

cup
bbq sauce
½
cup
cider vinegar
½
cup
beef broth
¼
cup
brown sugar

tbl mustard
1
tbl worcestershire sauce
1
tbl chili powder
1
onion
, diced
2
cloves
garlic
, minced
Instructions
preheat oven to 300 degrees
brown brisket in oil on both sides on stovetop
add remaining ingredients
bake in oven 3-4 hours until fork tender, tuning a couple of times during cooking
