Ingredients

  • 1 box frozen popcorn shrimp 18 oz
  • 1/3 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tbl mayo
  • 1 tbl honey
  • 1 tbl sriracha
  • lettuce leaves
  • chopped scallions

Instructions

  1. cook shrimp according to directions
  2. mix chili sauce, mayo, honey and sriracha in a bowl
  3. add cooked shrimp and toss to coat
  4. serve shrimp in lettuce leaves, topped with scallions
