bbq potato chips

Ingredients

  • 2 potatoes sliced ¼ inch thick
  • 3 tbl olive oil
  • 1 ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp chili powder
  • pinch cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. pre heat oven to 425 degrees
  2. mix spices in a bowl and add olive oil
  3. mix in potatoes
  4. lay potatoes on a cookie sheet with parchment paper or foil
  5. bake for 25 minutes, turning potatoes halfway through
