mini meatloaves

Ingredients

  • ½ small onion minced
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tbl olive oil
  • 12 saltines crushed
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tbl worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • salt & pepper
  • ¼ cup chopped parsley
  • 1 lb meatloaf mix

glaze

  • ½ cup ketchup
  • 4 tbl brown sugar
  • 4 tbl apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. preheat oven to 375-degrees
  2. saute onions and garlic in olive oil until translucent
  3. mix all the ingredients together and form 4 mini meatloaves
  4. place on a cookie sheet
  5. mix ingredients for the glaze and brush on the mini loaves
  6. bake in oven for 20-30 minutes until cooked through
