bee sting pizza

Ingredients

  • 2 pizza doughs
  • flour
  • corn meal
  • 1/2 Jar Goods Classic Spicy tomato sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • Sopressata
  • honey

Instructions

  1. preheat oven to 500 degrees
  2. coat pizza dough with flour and roll out to desired shape
  3. place dough in a pan dusted with a little cornmeal
  4. top each pizza with ½ sauce and 1 cup cheese
  5. place sopressata on top and bake for 10 minutes
  6. turn around pan once, halfway through, until cheese is bubbly and crust is browned on bottom
  7. drizzle with honey and let sit for 1 minute
  8. slice into wedges and serve
