easy cheese steaks

  • ¾ lb sliced london broil or roast beef from the deli
  • ¼ lb sliced provolone cheese
  • 4 sub rolls


  1. heat pan and place ¼ of the sliced meat in the pan
  2. top with 2 slices of cheese and cover
  3. cook on low until cheese melts, 2 minutes
  4. place meat on cheese on a roll and repeat
  5. serve with hot pepper spread and ketchup
