Ingredients
¼
cup
olive oil
8
cloves
garlic
minced
1 2-
lb
bag of frozen shrimp in their shells
defrosted
juice & zest of 1 lemon
½
cup
chicken stock
2
tbl chopped parsley
2
tbl old bay seasoning
Instructions
heat oil in a large skillet
add garlic and saute 1 minute
add shrimp and saute 1 minute
add lemon juice & zest, chicken stock, parsley and old bay seasoning
simmer 3-4 minutes until cooked
spread out newspaper and peel and eat
