sautéed shrimp

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 8 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 2- lb bag of frozen shrimp in their shells defrosted
  • juice & zest of 1 lemon
  • ½ cup chicken stock
  • 2 tbl chopped parsley
  • 2 tbl old bay seasoning

Instructions

  1. heat oil in a large skillet
  2. add garlic and saute 1 minute
  3. add shrimp and saute 1 minute
  4. add lemon juice & zest, chicken stock, parsley and old bay seasoning
  5. simmer 3-4 minutes until cooked
  6. spread out newspaper and peel and eat
