creamy crunchy corn
my favorite vegetable recipe ever, it is from my sister-in-law's baby shower

one 20 oz package frozen corn

¼
cup
butter
-
2
tablespoons
sugar
-
1
tablespoon
cornmeal
-
salt & pepper

in a large heavy skillet melt butter.

stir in corn, sugar, and cornmeal.

cover and cook over low heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

season to taste with salt and pepper.
