Ingredients

tbl canola oil

cups
panko bread crumbs
salt & pepper
1/2
tsp
cayenne pepper
2
eggs
beaten
1
lb
tilapia
cut into strips
Instructions
preheat oven to 450 degrees
coat a sheet pan with oil
season panko with salt & peppers
dip fish in panko, then egg, then panko again
place on the sheet pan and bake for 10 minutes, turning once
