Ingredients

  • 2 bunches broccoli cut into florets and stems peeled and cut into bite-sized pieces
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • salt & pepper
  • ½ lb pasta
  • 1 small can anchovies drained and minced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 lemon zested

Recipe Notes

you can double the pasta to stretch this recipe
