bbq chicken sandwich

  • 1 rotisserie chicken shredded
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 1/3 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup cider vinegar
  • salt & pepper
  • garlic powder
  • minced onion
  • worcestershire sauce
  • yellow mustard
  • potato rolls
  • coleslaw


  1. heat ketchup, brown sugar, cider vinegar, salt & pepper, garlic powder, minced onion, worcestershire sauce and mustard
  2. bring to a boil, stirring
  3. add chicken and simmer for 5 minutes until heated through
  4. serve on potato rolls, topped with coleslaw

Recipe Notes

using rotisserie chicken and bagged coleslaw with homemade bbq sauce and coleslaw dressing makes this a satisfying meal good enough for guests.
