broccoli and garlic sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch broccoli cut in to 1 inch pieces
  • salt & pepper
  • 1 tbl soy sauce
  • 4 tbl oyster sauce
  • sugar
  • 2 tbl rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tbl sesame oil
  • 1 tbl canola oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced

Instructions

  1. mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, a pinch of sugar, rice wine vinegar and sesame oil together
  2. heat oil in a wok or frying pan
  3. season broccoli with salt and pepper
  4. cook broccoli and garlic in oil 3-5 minutes
  5. add the sauce and toss to coat, cooking 1 minute more

serve with jasmine rice and cashews
