Ingredients

  • ¼ cup canola oil
  • 1 lb . hot or sweet sausage
  • 4 lb split chicken breasts cut in half
  • 1 green pepper sliced into strips
  • 1 yellow pepper sliced into strips
  • 1 large onion sliced
  • 1 tsp garlic minced
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup white wine
  • 1 cup hot and sweet vinegar peppers sliced
  • ½ cup vinegar from peppers
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • salt and pepper
