quick shells and cheese

Ingredients

  • ½ box mini shells
  • salt & pepper
  • 2 tbl butter
  • 1 ½ cups milk
  • ½ block cheddar cheese grated
  • seasoned salt

Instructions

  1. cook shells in boiling salted water
  2. drain pasta
  3. in same pot melt butter and heat up milk
  4. add the cheese, seasoned salt and pepper
  5. mix until melted
  6. stir in pasta and cover and let sit 5 minutes
  7. serve
