preheat grill or oven to 400 degrees

toss chicken legs with olive oil and salt & pepper

grill or bake chicken on indirect or low heat for 25 minutes, turning as needed

mix ketchup, brown sugar, cider vinegar, garlic powder, worcestershire sauce and salt & pepper

brush bbq sauce on chicken and cook, turning the chicken and brushing with the sauce until done, about 10 minutes
