parmesan crusted pork chops

Ingredients

  • 1 package boneless pork chops thin cut
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup italian bread crumbs
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • salt & pepper
  • 6 tbl olive oil
  • lemon wedges

Instructions

  1. place eggs in one bowl and bread crumbs and parmesan cheese in another
  2. season pork chops with salt & pepper
  3. dip chops in the egg and then the breadcrumb/cheese mixture
  4. heat the oil in a frying pan
  5. cook the pork chops 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown
  6. serve with lemon wedges
