preheat oven to 425 degrees

toss peppers and onion in a bowl with 1 tbl olive oil and salt & pepper

spread on ½ of a sheet pan

in same bowl mix chicken strips with remaining 2 tbl olive oil, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt & pepper

spread chicken on other ½ of the sheet pan
-
roast in oven for 20 minutes, tossing once halfway through
-
wrap flour tortillas in foil and place in oven for last 7 minutes to warm

serve fajitas with rice, shredded cheese, salsa, guacamole and lime wedges
