passover bbq brisket

Ingredients

  • 1 brisket , any size (if you get a large one, use a little extra bbq sauce and beef broth)
  • 1 tbl oil
  • 1 cup bbq sauce
  • ½ cup cider vinegar
  • ½ cup beef broth
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbl mustard
  • 1 tbl worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbl chili powder
  • 1 onion , diced
  • 2 cloves garlic , minced

Instructions

  1. preheat oven to 300 degrees
  2. brown brisket in oil on both sides on stovetop
  3. add remaining ingredients
  4. bake in oven 3-4 hours until fork tender, tuning a couple of times during cooking
