pork chops with salsa verde

Ingredients

chopped parsley

tablespoons
chopped mint
2
tablespoons
finely chopped chives
2
tablespoons
finely chopped garlic

lemon juice
salt & pepper

teaspoon
chili flakes

plus 1 tablespoon olive oil
4
boneless pork loin chops
, 1/4-inch thick
Instructions
mix parsley, mint, chive, garlic, lemon juice, salt & pepper, chili flakes and ½ cup olive oil in a blender
add 2 tbl olive oil to a cast iron skillet and heat over medium-high heat
cook pork chops 3 minutes per side
let side for 3 minutes
serve topped with salsa verde
