cherry tomato and sausage bake

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ -2 lbs cherry tomatoes (mixed colors)
  • 3 cloves garlic , sliced thin
  • 2 lbs italian sausage
  • 2 tbl italian seasoning
  • olive oil
  • balsamic vinegar
  • salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. preheat the oven to 375 degrees
  2. cover a sheet pan with foil
  3. put the sausages, garlic and tomatoes on the pan
  4. sprinkle with italian seasoning, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt & pepper
  5. bake for 30 minutes, turning the sausages hallway through
