preheat oven to 400-degrees

sprinkle chicken with salt & pepper

heat canola oil and butter in a dutch oven

add chicken and brown on all sides

add onion and cook until translucent

add garlic and cook for 1 minute

add paprika and flour and saute 4-5 minutes

add tomatoes and chicken broth and cook in oven 25-30 minutes

add sour cream and stir to make a creamy sauce

serve over noodles
