heat oil in a skillet and add pancetta and cook, stirring for 1 minute

add garlic and cook chicken 10-15 minutes per side until nicely browned

add wine, turn the heat to high and deglaze pan

when the pan is deglazed, turn off the heat and add the balsamic vinegar
