chipotle chicken tacos

Ingredients

  • 1 rotisserie chicken pulled
  • 4 tbl adobo sauce
  • ¼ cup minced cilantro
  • juice of ½ lime
  • 1 tbl taco seasoning
  • taco shells soft or hard or both warmed
  • shredded jack cheese
  • pico de gallo or salsa
  • guacamole
  • lime wedges
  • cilantro

Instructions

  1. mix shredded chicken with 4 tbl of adobo sauce, cilantro, lime juice and taco seasoning in a sauce pan
  2. cook chicken, stirring 5-6 minutes until heated through

  3. warm tortillas in the oven
  4. serve with jack cheese, pico de gallo, guacamole, lime and cilantro
