chipotle chicken tacos

Ingredients

rotisserie chicken pulled

tbl adobo sauce
¼
cup
minced cilantro
juice of ½ lime
1
tbl taco seasoning
taco shells soft or hard or both
warmed
shredded jack cheese
pico de gallo or salsa
guacamole
lime wedges
cilantro
Instructions
mix shredded chicken with 4 tbl of adobo sauce, cilantro, lime juice and taco seasoning in a sauce pan
cook chicken, stirring 5-6 minutes until heated through
warm tortillas in the oven
serve with jack cheese, pico de gallo, guacamole, lime and cilantro
