oven roasted artichoke hearts

Ingredients

  • 1 or 2 jars marinated artichoke hearts cento is the best!
  • olive oil
  • kosher salt

Instructions

  1. preheat oven to 450 degrees
  2. drain artichoke hearts and place on a cookie sheet
  3. drizzle with olive oil
  4. sprinkle with salt
  5. roast for 18 minutes, turning halfway thru
  6. they are best right out of the oven when they are hot and crispy
