these oven roasted artichoke hearts take 1 minute to put together and go great with a cocktail
Ingredients
- 1 or 2 jars marinated artichoke hearts cento is the best!
- olive oil
- kosher salt
Instructions

preheat oven to 450 degrees

drain artichoke hearts and place on a cookie sheet

drizzle with olive oil

sprinkle with salt

roast for 18 minutes, turning halfway thru

they are best right out of the oven when they are hot and crispy
