heat oil in a large skillet

cook sausage until brown on both sides

remove sausage and cut in 1 inch pieces

salt and pepper chicken and sauté in same pan until browned and cooked through

add peppers and onions and cook until soft

add garlic and cook for 2 more minutes

add sausage back into pan
-
add wine and chicken broth and bring to a boil
-
and in peppers, vinegar and oregano.

cover and simmer until cooked through, about 10 minutes
