burgers with mac slaw

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg ground beef
  • salt & pepper

mac slaw

  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 tbl diced onion
  • 1 tbl diced pickles
  • 1 tbl ketchup
  • 1 tbl mayo
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp pickle juice
  • 4 slices cheese
  • 4 rolls

Instructions

  1. preheat grill
  2. shape ground beef into 4 patties
  3. season with salt & pepper

make mac slaw:

  1. mix lettuce, onion, pickles, ketchup, mayo, mustard and pickle juice and let sit
  2. cook burgers and top with cheese
  3. serve on rolls with mac slaw

The mac slaw will give any burger you make taste like a Big Mac
