Ingredients
- 1 package of wings cut into two pieces by the butcher
- spray olive oil
- salt & pepper
- 1 bottle frank’s hot sauce
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- worcestershire sauce
Instructions

preheat oven to 400 degrees
-
put wings on a rack set inside a cookie sheet
-
spray with olive oil and season with salt & pepper
-
bake for 30 minutes, turning once
-
heat hot sauce and butter in a small saucepan
-
add garlic powder and a couple of drops of worcestershire sauce and mix
-
broil for the last 5 minutes until crispy
-
toss hot wings in sauce and serve
