this english cheddar burger gets it's unique flavor from the english cheddar cheese and the dijon mustard sauce
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 4 teaspoons worcestershire sauce and
- 1 teaspoon hot mustard.
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 english muffins toasted
- 8 slices english cheddar cheese
- salt & pepper
Instructions

mix mayo, worcestershire sauce and hot mustard to make a sauce
-
form ground beef into 4 patties and season with salt & pepper

grill burgers 4-5 minutes per side

top with 2 slices english cheddar in the last minute of cooking (cover to melt).

serve on a toasted english muffin with some mayonnaise sauce.
