Ingredients
- 2 pizza doughs at room temperature
- corn meal
- 1 can or jar of pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella
- pepperoni
Instructions

preheat oven to 500 degrees
-
dust 2 parchment lined baking sheets with a little cornmeal
-
shape each pizza dough into a giant shaped slice
-
palace dough in pan and shape top into a crust
-
top each pizza with 1/3 cup sauce and 1 cup cheese, spreading it all the way to the edges of the slice, except on the top
-
keep 1 slice plain and add sliced pepperoni on the other
-
bake for 15 minutes
-
turn around pan once, halfway through, until cheese is bubbly, and crust is browned on bottom
-
let sit for 1 minute
-
slice into wedges and serve
