Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken cut-up or any chicken parts
- Salt & pepper
- 1 cup lemon juice
- ½ cup olive oil
- 1 tbl red wine vinegar
- 1 clove garlic minced
- ½ tsp oregano
- 1/8 cup parsley chopped
Instructions

preheat broiler
-
season chicken with salt & pepper and drizzle with a little olive oil
-
broil chicken on middle rack, turning once until cooked thru, 20-30 minutes

mix together lemon juice, olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic and oregano
-
heat sauce until hot
-
pour over chicken and continue to broil 2-3 minutes more
-
serve chicken with sauce poured over and sprinkled with parsley
