Ingredients
- 1 chicken cut-up
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tbl seasoned salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 2 tsp paprika
Instructions

preheat oven to 425 degrees
-
melt butter in a sheet pan in the oven
-
soak chicken in buttermilk
-
combine flour, bread crumbs, salt, seasoned salt, pepper and paprika in a bag
-
toss chicken in seasoning
-
place the chicken on the baking sheet with melted butter and bake for 15 minutes
-
turn and continue cooking until crispy and done 15 minutes more

I used chicken fat to cook the chicken in because I had it leftover from my matzoh balls and it came out great!
