Ingredients
- 1 ½ lbs boneless chicken breasts cut in ½ inch dice
- 1 bunch broccoli
- salt and pepper
- peanut or canola oil
- ½ cup sweet chili sauce
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 1 tbl grated ginger
- 2 tbl minced garlic
- sriracha
- 2 tbl sesame seeds toasted
Instructions

season chicken with salt & pepper
-
heat oil in wok
-
add chicken and stir fry until cooked 5-7 minutes
-
steam broccoli
-
mix sweet chili sauce, brown sugar, soy sauce, ginger, garlic and sriracha
-
add to wok and stir fry chicken for 5 minutes until thickened
-
serve surrounded by steamed broccoli
-
sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds
