Ingredients
- split chicken breasts cut in ½
- salt & pepper
- garlic powder
- ½ cup orange juice
- 4 orange slices
- ¾ cup orange marmalade
- 2 tbl grande mariner
Instructions
-
preheat oven to 400-degrees
-
season chicken with salt & pepper and garlic powder
-
mix orange juice, marmalade and grande mariner
-
place chicken in a baking dish and pour sauce over
-
top with orange slices and bake for 30 minutes
-
take off orange slices
-
turn oven to broil and broil chicken for 5-7 minutes more
-
top with orange slices and serve

get the butcher to cut the breasts in 1/2 for you and serve with steamed rice mixed with 1/2 cup shelled pistachio nuts
